Production Time
7 to 14 Days - To reduce waste and cost, our t shirts and sweatshirts are printed on demand. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the dispatch of your awesome Ellen McKenna apparel piece. It will be worth the wait!
Shipping Time and Cost
Regular Australia Post (production time + 2-7 days delivery) - $10 for the first item, then $0.25c extra per item after that. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched. You'll receive your garment in a home-compostible satchel. For more details on Express and International Shipping visit our Shipping and Returns page.
Returns
Please note that as our products are printed on demand, meaning they are made especially for you, we unfortunately cannot process returns for change of mind or the choosing of incorrect sizing. Ofcourse we WILL replace products that are faulty, damaged or have a faulty print. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more details on processing refunds or returns.
Base Garments
We use AS Colour brand for our base products for several reasons:
- We have loved wearing them ourselves for many years and we believe they are a great product
- They are big on Socially Responsible practices and are part of many initiatives focused on protecting human rights for the entire production process of their garments including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
Our Print on Demand Partner
To reduce waste and cost, our t-shirts and sweatshirts are printed on demand – that means Ellen can bring you more awesome designs without creating waste from excess stock.
- All the garments used by our print partner are certified to be socially and environmentally responsible: whether that is from the Child Labour Free or W.R.A.P certification board
- They are an Australian owned and operated business
- Eco-inks & packaging – they use water-based inks for Digital Printing and ship in home-compostible packaging
- They use state of the art printing equipment working with local and international print experts for the latest know-how
